We hire for heart
MJFFC is always looking for compassionate, dedicated people to join our team. If you believe everyone deserves inclusion, we want to hear from you. As a nonprofit, we offer meaningful work and a team that genuinely cares about what they do.
Support individuals with varying abilities in daily activities, community outings, and program participation.
Provide in-home support across our three residential homes, including personal care and daily routines.
Work alongside program participants in our public-facing cafe, supporting employment training goals.
Plan and lead programming at the Kinsmen Inclusion Centre, including the Imagine Inclusion activities.
